It starts with you, no one else, no external circumstances.... You get to choose how to be with everything. Sometimes a bitter pill to swallow but once you acknowledge this it changes everything!

Truth is out, even to myself! Funny how conversations go, it always seems to lead you to the truth. That is the adventure I am on.... recently even more so.
