Listen in as I try a different approach than the typical True Say model, and shoot the breeze over another age old question.

Have you ever thought to yourself, "why are we the only species on planet earth who has to pay to live here?" It's not like we have a choice in the matter.  Come to think of it shouldn't housing being a human right? After watching Canadian media outlets recount the forcible removal of homeless people from their encampments in public parks, it got me to thinking. People are spending money not only to leave planet earth but also to purchase "land" on lunar/extraterrestrial bodies. How can we place a price tag on extraterrestrial land let alone the land we are bound to? I don't know about you, but I think this is another age old question deserving some exploration.

So many times I've either been asked this question or have asked this question without fully appreciating how loaded of a question it is. What type of music do you listen to can be code for so many things! What personality type am I? Or what type of life did I grow up having? There's so many layers to both the question and the response, and many of us have yet to even explore them. Well until now! Tune in to the latest edition of the True Say podcast, as I peel back the a few of the layers of another age old question :)

Breaking rules isn’t bad when what you’re doing is more important than the rule itself. Isn’t that what someone once said? Well in this edition we talk about folks who’ve broken rules like Sha’Carri Richardson, LeBron James, and the folks who rioted on Capitol Hill. On each occasion these folks felt they were justified in their actions. The question is why and how come some were able to get away with the rule breaking whereas others weren't. Join me as we unpack another age old question from the True Say modern perspective.
