A lot of us have those difficult relationships, they can be with friends, family members & beyond. You may describe them as distant, toxic, abusive, traumatic... or maybe you don't have the words to describe them at all. Perhaps you’ve tried to repair them, redefine them or simply survive them. No matter what your situation is, you’ve probably thought about the inevitable: their passing. How do you navigate? How do you grieve? Will you have regrets?

Truth shows us how important vulnerability, conversation and relatability are in getting through things, in healing and in protecting ourselves. She takes us through what it was like to lose her father, someone whom she had a complicated relationship with. She discusses what she would have done differently, what helped her, and the honest truth behind it all.
