The term Imposter Syndrome has become a huge buzzword in our society and I hear it more often among women - even more from women of color. While I believe it's great to put a name on something, I believe the danger is when a hidden trick of the enemy is adopted and normalized. So this week we're calling our not-so-good friend Imposter Syndrome to the carpet to expose what she truly is and uncouple from her for good.
