One of the things that I’ve come to realize about life is that every moment is an illusion. It sounds like a depressing thought, but it’s actually quite liberating when you understand it. What this means is that we can choose how to interpret each moment, and no situation is permanent. This knowledge helps us to live more in the present moment and less in our heads. The past is already gone, and the future hasn’t happened yet, so all we have is right now. And that’s enough. :)
