Every New Yorker knows how great our water is. It's what makes our pizza and bagel products taste so good, isn't it? That's the story we've been told, at least. I've always wondered about this. So I spoke with some of the country's top bread experts to find out the truth. I also reached out to some friends of mine and resident New Yorkers to see what their opinion is. Today, we separate the fact from the fiction of the New York Water myth.
