The Truth About Restrictive Eating
It's really easy to buy into the thought of restrictive eating when you don't have a weight loss mindset because if you already had a weight loss mindset then you would have a healthy relationship with food, you would have peace with food and your weight, and you would be at choice with your healthy lifestyle. There is no restriction when you are in the right mindset, a weight loss mindset, and you are fully at choice with the healthy food you eat.
To fully achieve struggle-free weight loss and maintain your idea weight for life, you must step into your own power and choose to put yourself fully at choice with living a healthy lifestyle that will give you the results of the healthy, fit body you desire.
Once you have peace with food and your weight you'll be able to move towards your ideal weight without a fight, without a struggle, but your fat mindset must be released. Otherwise you'll complain about restrictive eating, which easily leads towards binge eating to relieve your resentments and complaints about your thoughts of restrictive eating.
