Today I'm speaking with Ibrahim Mukherjee and Juan Loureiro from Wellness Assist, creators of cutting-edge software enabling office workers to improve efficiency and productivity, whilst reducing stress and improving their wellbeing. In our conversation we explore the challenges that come with living in a multi-screen digital world and the counter-productive nature of multi-tasking, which – whilst giving us an illusion of productivity – actually acts against us and carries real costs to energy levels, focus and productivity, as well as our wellbeing.
