After a J&J soul session, we realized that we are not quite ready to share our personal experiences with trauma/trauma adjacency.  In this learning, we acknowledged that as much as we want to speak from a scar vs. a wound, we are not there yet. We are still in the aftermath of the storm.  We share the reasons, the truths, and the lessons we are STILL learning while navigating the world of healing from trauma.
