I’m excited (and a little nervous) to share with you the first of my special three-part series The Truth About Transformation.

When I was first pregnant, I couldn’t tell you why, but I needed to go to Sedona, Arizona. There was something there for me that I couldn’t explain. I decided to follow my intuitive pull. My husband and I packed up and went.

I didn’t realize at the time that this was the start of my grand adventure.

Have you ever experienced life at two different frequencies? Like you can’t be who you were, but you’re not yet quite who you’re supposed to be?

Synchronicities started happening that I certainly couldn’t have planned! Events started popping up to challenge my beliefs. I started meeting the right people in the right places at the right times. I was being called to step up to my truest self and become the healer I was meant to be.

And when your frequency changes, you must surrender to the higher frequency. That’s energetic alchemy, and this three-part series is all about this transformation.
