With ESL announcing an all women's esports league in popular esports title CS:GO, the topic of women in esports has come around. Popular commentator Thorin has come under fire for tweets that many perceive to not support the new all women's league. In this video I want to talk about the idea of women in esports, something I've been passionate about since CLG Red. There are enormous misconceptions of the idea of women in competitive gaming, and the inclusion of women in esports.

I want to cover a lot of the misconceptions on this topic and also, to the best of my ability, explain some of the issues around this topic. Some other topics in this video covered is girl gamers getting harassed, female esports and esports with female gamers.
