We kick this episode off speaking about Lil Uzi Vert's album becoming the #1 album in the country. Xxxtentacion debuted at #2 and Action Bronson debuts at #54. We talk about the shift from lyricism and if lyricism is dying in Hip Hop. Check out our past reviews of these projects.

Lil Wayne is dealing with health issues again with his seizures. We're hoping to hear Lil Wayne gets this figured out.

Pusha T was recently at the Made In America Festival and talked about the delay for his album "King Push". Apparently, he has 3 different versions of the album and Kanye West's perfectionism is what's causing the delay.

UGK may or may not have had their archives damaged from the effects of Hurricane Harvey, based on Pimp C's wife as well as Pimp C's camp.

Lonzo Ball recently came out and disrespected god emcee Nas, by saying no one listens to him and that Future and Migos are real Hip Hop. Lil B the Based God gave a warning by threatening to curse Lonzo. We also discuss why the youth and the old heads can't ever get along.

Gucci Mane is releasing his first book, The Autobiography of Gucci Mane and we're hope he makes the New York Times Bestseller List. Watch the trailer for the book here: http://www.trillmatic.com/gucci-mane-first-book-is-coming-out-september-19th/

Drake recently fell off the Billboard Charts after being on their for over 430 weeks. We speak about Drake fatigue, reggae Drake and him not doing enough to make his OVO Sound artists blow. Is this finally the end of Drizzy Drake?

Lil Wayne came out and says that he can drop The Carter 5 whenever he feels like. Which begs the question: why is Weezy F. Baby not dropping the album? Could Lil Wayne also be done? Is this the end of an era? Does Lil Wayne have the same impact?

We kick off this episode with Riffa's story of how a homeless guy in Austin, Texas created a rough situation for him and his brother. With age comes maturity and with Austin comes bums.

Recently producer Sonny Digital, the man behind some dope tracks as well as the XXL Freshmen 2017 Cyphers, told the world that he's going to start a producer union. Is this something that Hip Hop needs? We talk about this and what up and coming producers have to deal with as well as the rappers who rhyme on the beats. We also talk about a few ways producers can make a name for themselves.

Tyler the Creator has also released his album "Flower Boy" and the talk around town is that he may have came out as gay on this album. And the last album we reviewed was the late Big Pun's son Chris Rivers' album "Delorean". Has Big Punisher been reincarnated?

Soundcloud has been going through a lot the past week or so. Lots of people are saying Soundcloud is dead but Chance The Rapper has come out to say that Soundcloud is here to say. But how is the service going to make money? We talk about why nothing is ever really for free.

This week in album reviews, we reviewed Twista's 'Crook County', Starlito's 'Hot Chicken' and French Montana's 'Jungle Rules'. We talked about who had the better album, who had the weaker album and what each artist could do to have a better album.

What it dew Trillions! Back again with episode 73 of the Truth Be Told Podcast from Trillmatic.com hosted by Riffa & Bigg UU. Thanks for supporting the podcast! Be sure to leave a 5 star review!

In this episode, we invited friend of the show Eric to talk about some of the topics and kick the episode off speaking on marijuana. We talk about the elephant in the room nobody in the marijuana community wants to talk about.

Eminem is releasing a new album soon and is working with Dr. Dre. We talked about what it means for Eminem in today's rap game, Dr. Dre's legacy and where the hell are all these songs. Rumor has it J. Cole is also working with Dr. Dre in the studio. We talk about this and the upcoming Kendrick Lamar/J. Cole collab album.

Recently, Prodigy of Mobb Deep had a mural put up in Queensbridge and it was defaced. It was fixed and then a day later, his mural was defaced again. Now, it's being taken down permanently. Maybe someone can shine some light on this.

Blue Ivy Carter is the new messiah of Hip Hop after releasing a freestyle on JAY-Z's 4:44 album, which is featuring 2 other bonus tracks on the physical release of the album. We talked about Blue stepping into the shadows of Hov and Beyonce, Jaden Smith and Rev Run's kids when it comes to following their parent's footsteps.

Z-Ro aka the Mo City Don has dropped what has been considered his last album, No Love Boulevard. We talked about Z-Ro of the past, depression in Hip Hop, and what we liked and wanted to hear more of from the album.

Vince Staples aka Hoes Need Abortions, the Long Beach California rapper released the album Big Fish recently. We talked about the sound of album, Vince pushing his own boundaries, having no genre and the reaction he's been getting. What are your thoughts?

21 Savage is out with the new project Issa Album and Issa is coincidentally Riffa's last name. Riffa has been known to be a hater of the new school, so his review and rating of the album might shock you. We talked the rawness, the production, the vibe and gangsta rap in 2017.
