In this weeks episode I was inspired to talk about Western society's need to be busy, after I channeled a message from spirit to slow down.

The pace of our lives is too fast, we are so busy distracting ourselves that sometimes we dont even notice that we are too busy and distracted. This 'busy-ness' has created a life that is devoid of contemplation or introspect. I also explore how it is that we can compare ourselves to others, and look to them to see how much they do, or how much they have achieved or how they look successful.

I share some tips about how to actually slow down in our every day lives, so that we can create more time to just BE and not constantly DO.
