Most people in culture tend to hang with people that are similar to themselves, right? If you’re rich, you do life with rich people. If you’re smart, your friends tend to be smart too. If you’re of a particular skin color or ethnicity, it seems to be the tribe you associate with the most. Isn’t that just the human way? Yes, but that’s not God’s way. And if you are a Christian, your identity has changed, and the way you live your life will be very different. But what does that difference look like? And why is it so hard for us to understand and embrace differences? Should we just accept that segregation is a part of our identity?
