Hello sunshine! This week on the Truth Seer Podcast, I am sharing my experiences on working through fear and limiting beliefs around my personal beliefs. On my healing journey, I discovered that I held a lot of fear when it came to trusting myself and what I believe in.

I work with a lot of students and clients and one common thing I notice is that people want someone to tell them what to believe. Sometimes it feels easier to just ask someone else to show us the way and tell us if we are doing things correctly but this will never work.

This doesn't work because it isn't YOU. We have to learn to trust ourselves and what resonates with us. We have to learn to connect to our soul and listen. This healing took place for me when I healed subconscious patterns and beliefs in my third eye and crown chakra.

This episode I share what that looked like for me. What things I had to do in order to heal.

In my own personal healing, I have found that our limiting beliefs and wounds have themes to them. If you listened to the last episode, I shared how wounds around safety are programmed in the root chakra. In this episode, I talk about how wounds and beliefs in the root chakra can manifest or show up for you.

We are specifically talking about how our limiting beliefs and wounds are programmed energetically within the chakras. We take a deep dive into the patterns programmed within the root chakra. The root chakra has themes of fear and safety. In this episode, I talk about how I have used my own chakras to help me identify and heal wounds.

Hello beautiful! This week is another episode about personal limiting beliefs that were created through my experiences. I do also talk a lot about how you are also carrying around the wounds and limiting beliefs of your family and ancestors. We energetically are tied to our lineage and their pain and suffering is passed down to us through our DNA!! This is where we notice ancestral trauma, generational curses, and family patterns. This episode I talk about some of my own ancestral wounds that I have observed and/or healed.
