"we should not live our lives to work, we should work so we can live our lives"

In this episode, we look back to our first episode of the year to reflect on our goals and how the year went in general. If you (or someone you know) is good at selling things online/would be able to help us set up a merch store, that would be greatly appreciated! You can get in touch with us via email or Instagram, both of which are below.

"why are women treated so terribly?"

**IF YOU HAVEN'T LISTENED TO PART 1, DO THAT NOW**

In this episode, we continue to tell the story of the radium girls. The radium girls worked at dial-painting factories across the US and were exposed to radium throughout their time there. This left lasting effects on each of the girls that impacted the rest of their lives. But bringing the radium companies to justice was much harder than anyone thought. If you want to learn more before the next episode, check out the links below. The first is a website that was created by the author of the book we discuss, and has information about each of the girls as well as more resources. The second consists of newspaper articles of the Radium Dial trial, compiled by Leonard Grossman's son.

In this episode, we relive our early performance memories, and we bond over singing the same line in the Little Mermaid. And of course, there's more singing. We truly are a musical podcast.
