Before giving in to the idea that you are depressed (if the cause seems unknown)———make sure you are good on a spirit level!

I love how Spirit will counsel me these days, until I align and realign, as many times as I need to. I feel a million times happier and less emotionally attached to this reality, though there is an abundance of love in my heart. This, is life.

I got kinda annoyed for a couple hours, but am slowly grounding and centering myself again. 💚
