Most days we operate on autopilot. Morning routine, work, study, eat, rest, sleep. The same sequence repeats until weeks blur together. We live suspended in anticipation of the next vacation to finally escape from normality. We imagine that when the long-desired break finally comes, everything will fall into place. And when life throws another of its tests at you, suddenly it feels as if everything you held as truth was nothing more than a way to cope with the overwhelming complexity of reality.
