Jesus, in the Bible, says of Himself “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” Emphatic words there! Surely then, you should expect, when you encounter Jesus, that He will speak the truth about where you stand with Him? He does so, offering to clothe you in His righteousness if you would dare to throw off your inclination to walk in rebellion against what He is capable of making of you - an utterly new creation in Himself! Therefore, today, hearing His voice tugging at your heart, harden not your heart. Truth is, tomorrow is not yours, no one has promised it to you!
