I share in this episode 5 reasons why you should make it your top priority to discover who you are in Christ to a reasonable degree before committing yourself to a serious relationship.
The fact that you are still single does not mean that you are broken, or something is wrong with you. Your relationship status should not define your sense of worth and value. To have a healthy serious relationship and marriage, it starts with you having a healthy mindset about who you are (your identity in Christ).
The enemy in subtle ways try to gain access to our souls so that he can control us and use us against God's plan to bless humanity. He tries to access our soul through our eye and ear gates via channels such as movies, music and relationships. It is important we are recognise these channels so that we can stay vigilant and not give him access to us.
Our relationships are meant to build us up and not tear us down, however, the complexities in a relationship could derail us from becoming discovering who we are and fulfilling our purpose. Find out more on how you may have been derailed from fulfilling purpose without realising it.
Marriage was not designed to solve our personal problems or to bring us happiness. We live in a broken world full of people who need healing and wholeness and that includes us. To enjoy our state whether single or married, it is important we learn to establish our joy and happiness in Jesus and not a marriage relationship.
God loves you and wants you to discover who He created you to be so that you can live a truly fulfilling life on earth. However, your chances of fulfilling purpose are very slim if you don't have a good relationship with Him.
There are two sides of this coin - God's relationship with you and your relationship with him. In this episode, I talked about two key factors that affect your relationship with God. Find out the truth about this factors and watch your relationship with God improve.
Living in condemnation keeps people away from receiving help from God and are not able to develop a healthy relationship with Him.
Wrong beliefs and teachings have made some people think God has rejected them, giving the enemy a chance to fill their minds and lives with unpleasant experiences.
God wants us free from condemnation so that we can be free to discover and become the people He created us to be in Christ Jesus.

Have more say over your life — your time, your work, your money and your choices.
Some of us know something isn't working and want to change it. Others are doing fine on paper but feel their life is no longer quite theirs. Either way, the question is the same: what has more say over your life than you intended?
The Tunde Cole Podcast explores what it takes to build the capacity to live differently. We talk about work, money, identity, relationships, building, creating value and the decisions that shape our lives — not as separate subjects, but as connected parts of how we live.
I am interested in what happens when we stop simply playing it safe and begin developing what we're capable of, putting our hands to work, learning from what happens and building greater freedom to choose.
My faith in God shapes how I understand freedom, agency and stewardship, and it will naturally be part of these conversations.
Expect solo episodes, conversations and practical explorations of the questions many of us are already trying to work out in real life.

I particularly like “not as separate subjects, but as connected parts of how we live.” That's important for the podcast because it explains why an episode about a mortgage, another about identity, another about someone's career and another about building a business can all legitimately belong to the same show.
