#25. Ryan, the U.S Army Veteran Part IV – Concluding Words
This is the last podcast of the series, and Ryan teaches us to keep the hope alive.
After seeing the worst of humanity and losing his closest and dearest ones, he still strives to maintain a positive, helpful and outgoing demeanor. In this highly reflective segment you get to experience what it is like to reflect on war after it has happened. It’s a difficult hear, but those who have the ability to hear it are already braver and have a high capacity to face the reality, the sometimes hard and brutal reality.
From the entire Tushaar Show Community and The Good Vibes Community, I would like to thank Ryan for his presence and ever impactful value.
His words resonate with me even today – Show Up. Show Up.
This is me showing up. I hope you do your bit too.
With gentle regards, Cheers!
P.S – One thing, I kept saying Iran instead of Iraq, sorry about that.

#24. Ryan, the U.S Army Veteran Part III – How the war affected me the most.
“Nobody wins in war”
In this episode Ryan narrates the incident of losing one of the closest people he knew.
This is one of the deepest podcasts of the series and of the podcast too, I’ve given it some cushioning in the Intro and the Outro.
I hope you enjoy the podcast and embody the leanings of it.
With love and regards,
Tushaar

Part 1 – #22. The US Army Veteran – Ryan Esquivel w/ Tushaar
#23. Ryan, the U.S Army War Veteran – Part 2
So things have kicked off with a fascinating start. Ryan is willing to go deep into his experiences and share his thoughts, incidents and feelings about the war.
He starts out by explaining what he does at work – essentially an anonymous helper for the U.S Army Veterans {He works for the Government and helps connect Veterans with other departments of the Government to help them avail the services they are seeking for}. Ryan talks about how he deploys empathy towards them, when they are in the most hopeless of situations.
Later we talk about what it was like for him when he was heading for war. He tells us what it really was like. From the start.
Our ideas of what war feels like is often limited to what we have seen in movies, but what is it like to get really hit by a bomb?
…

#22. The US Army Veteran – Ryan Esquivel w/ Tushaar
#21. The Real Talk about Relationships w/ Dennis R. Sumlin
Hey Hey!
This is the second episode with Dennis! In this, we talk about the ‘real talk about relationships’.
One thing to keep in mind and think about, is that we have relationships not just with others, but with ourselves too!
In fact the relationships with ourselves are most important of them all, because we are always 100% with ourselves.
Hear Dennis and his awesome suggestions to cruise through the storm of murky relations with the self and others.
In case you didn’t hear the previous episode you can hear it here, it talks about some general life advises for teenagers to flourish during their teenage years.
Also a special feature of the episode is that we are very open about the conversation of sex, porn, masturbation and all such other topics and concepts. It’s a safe space which has been created for all the right reasons, and I wish for the you, the listener to make the most of the podcast.
I hope you enjoy the episode!

#19. Observe w/ Christian Modjaiso
He-llo everyone!
Tushaar here with another podcast!
I am glad (actually thrilled) to be back! There are many more guests to chat with and podcasts to release!
Today’s podcast is with Christian Modjaiso! He is currently residing in a small town in Africa called Bunia.
This marks our 4th international guest, and we have covered 4 continents with him. What a global podcast!
In this podcast, Christian is on a mission, he has come with a heart of service, and has just one thing to say, that is ‘observe’. That’s right, observe. Even I was confused when I realized that’s all he had to say, but the way the podcast crafts out, and taking context of his very dreadful backstory, one realizes there is so much more to just ‘observing’ than observe itself.
Christian has tried to conceptualize and explain something which is very hard to comprehend by itself, and for his efforts I applaud him and support him a lot.
I hope you find something in this podcast for yourself, like I did, and feel free to get back to Christian or me if you feel the need to!
