-The police saved the lives of a woman and her child in Burnsville, MN by shooting and killing a carjacking suspect, and people got mad. Upon hearing about the shooting, protesters in St. Paul decided to take a knee for the "victim" but then found out the facts and looked stupid for doing so. Contrary to common belief, every police shooting isn't unjustified.
-People are shocked by the military presence in Minneapolis like they didn't see what happened last summer.
-It is your right as an American citizen to be able to PEACEFULLY protest (but you do not have the right to riot and/or loot). Rioting and looting takes away from the message of the protests and shows you don't give a f*ck about said message.
-Minneapolis seems to be getting worse by the day. If you ask the people yelling "defund the police" and "abolish the police" what the plan is for the city without police, they have no answers. To add to the madness, these are the same people pushing gun control. So they don't want police in the community AND they want to take away your right to bear arms. You know who isn't going to get rid of their guns? Criminals. So now you have no police protection AND no guns in the hands of citizens to be able to protect themselves. That turns people into "food" or easy prey for criminals. Any reasonable person should be able to see that this is not a logical plan.
