The Two Average Jim's

The Dawgs did it again! We're back after an awesome trip out to the Rose Bowl to watch the Dawgs blow out the Horned Frogs for their second straight Natty and their first ever perfect season. We also catch up on UGA transfer portal news and then reflect on the highs and lows (mostly highs) of this first season of the Two Average Jim's.   Our thoughts and prayers go out to the friends and families of Devin Willock and Chandler LeCroy and all of Dawg Nation as we grieve their loss.   5:00 Championship game review 25:30 UGA year in review and transfer portal action 29:40 Guest call-in from Tommy and Maddie 34:37 NFL Dawg Roundtable brought to you by Roundtable Realty and Kim Felix and draft day insights 43:40 Recruiting insights 52:15 Year in review

After one of the greatest CFP games of all times last week against Ohio State, the Jim's are getting ready to head out to Pasadena for the CFP Championship at the Rose Bowl vs. TCU. But first we have not one, but two guests join us to prep you for the championship game from both sides of the sportsbook, with friends of the show Mike Piranio from the MGM Sportsbook in Vegas and master gambler BTB (Beatin' the Bookie) both dropping in to share their unique wisdom (and some history lessons) with the fans. Round it all out with a couple of listener call-ins and the always insightful pregame analysis from the Two Average Jim's to make this is an absolute must listen before Monday's big game.

The Dawgs are SEC Champs! And the Jim's hosted their first ever call-in episode. A couple of first-time-long-times called in to celebrate the 50-burger (or banger?) the Dawgs dropped on LSU and to theorize as to why Stetson isn't the Heisman frontrunner.

After last week's victory against Mississippi State, the Dawgs are now one cold game in Lexington away from a perfect SEC regular season. The Jim's couldn't be more excited and brought in a very special guest to talk about it. Friend of the show Eric Curry, who won the '92 national championship for the Alabama Crimson Tide before being drafted #6 overall by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and later playing for the Jacksonville Jaguars, dropped by the studio to tell us all about what this Alabama fan thinks of the dawgs this season, the state of Alabama football, and some great stories involving the likes of Bobby Bowden and Lebron James. Check it out!

Remember last week when everyone was picking Tennessee to win? Everyone except the Two Average Jim's, that is. We celebrate an outright domination of the former #1 team in the country and the Dawgs' being reinstated to their rightful place atop the college football polls. No letting off the gas yet though as we prepare you for the always tricky Mike Leach and his over-performing Mississippi State Bulldogs this weekend.

A heartfelt episode, we also pay tribute to the #1 Dawgs in our hearts, recently passed GDG legends Vince Dooley and Charley Trippi as well as Jim's late wife and Jimbo's mother Beth who passed on 13 years ago Monday. We dedicate this episode to her as she continues to watch over us and bring luck and success to the Dawgs from up in heaven.
