We give encouragement to one of our listeners who listens while on the treadmill. Just chatting and hoping we reach someone out there. Lockdown, 10 million vaccinations and the loss of a hero.

We talk about how we can let social media control us and how easy it is to succumb to these. Also how easily people can be offended by a throw away comment. We also play a bit of guitar at the end.
