In addition to the decisions you make, think about the company you keep as your personal connections has an impact on your lives.

Today I’ve decided to do an episode about gratitude because being thankful is key. It’s very important to be grateful and appreciate everything we have in our lives, including the things we may consider to be “normal” such as having a good family or having a roof over our head. If you are reading this, you certainly have something to be thankful for and an asset that not everyone in the world has. Take a guess? That’s right, a smart phone. Internet, time and freedom. Not everyone in the world has access to luxury items. not everyone in the world has freedom. So what are you going to do with your freedom? Let’s practice a routine of being thankful on a daily basis for EVERYTHING we have and let’s include GOD in our daily routine, FIRST and FOREMOST. In today’s episode I talk about my primary school experience. The good vs. The bad. I also discuss sensitive things such as bullying, discrimination and marginalisation. I hope that this episode leaves a positive impact on all my listeners. Sometimes we have to re visit painful experiences in order to see how far we have come. Life is a journey, our experiences make us into who we are. Everything happens for a reason and no matter what you go through in life, you WILL over come it. Please remember to be kind to others, no matter your age. Think about how your words/actions may effect others and take accountability if it does. Let’s be empathetic towards one another as we never know what someone else may be going through. Let’s set a good example and raise our kids properly. Make sure your child is not being bullied and make sure they are not the bully... once you raise your child in a loving, caring home plus teach them to be respectful and to have manners. They won’t have any need to trouble other kids or envy other kids. Every child’s experience is different in school. As a parent make sure your child is not ruining another child’s school experience. This episode is about my primary school experience. I speak about positive as well as negative experiences including things such as being creative, having friends and experiencing bullying. All of our childhood experiences have a big impact on us as individuals, whether these are experiences during primary socialisation or secondary socialisation. I hope this episode leaves a positive impact on everyone who listens. I want parents to pay close attention to their kids and the things their kids may experience, I also want parents to comfort their kids through any traumatic experience they may go through in the outside world. Nothing matters more than who you are on the inside and how you treat others. Focus on what matters and always remember the goal isn’t to look like your winning, the goal is to win. The only way you can win is by having substance, substance is everything.
