Can you imagine going from an office setting to homesteading? To sell your house, pick up your family and move out to the a rural area and live off the land and do self-sustaining farming. Wow!! What a story! Yet that's exactly what my guest Kyle Leathers did. Working his 9 to 5 was not fulfilling. Within him was a desire to farm. He sold his house moved his family to a rural location and is now beginning to see the fruits of their labor. At first his wife and kids did not like moving. They were anxious, skeptical, and somewhat fearful. Kyle share's three keys to help anyone in a new endeavor overcome some of those emotions. He says to first, do your research. This helps you get comfortable with the idea and grow your knowledge. Second, talk to people 1on1 who are doing what you want to do. This provides personal prospective. Three, join communities of people who are currently doing it! If you would like to follow Kyle's journey and his business Soil & Saints you can do so in the links below.
