Diane Mason is a true expert in her industry as the owner of the Cruise and Travel Planner with her husband Jim Mason. She has been in her business for thirty-two years after leaving the Navy where you served proudly for six years. Her love of travel with the Navy made becoming a travel agent a perfect career choice.
She has since achieved the Certification of ECCS and is the only CLIA Certified Elite Cruise Counselor Scholar in the state of Missouri and one of the seventeen who hold this esteemed certification in North America.
Diane has been awarded the Circle of Excellence Award for the past seven years and is in the top 40 travel agencies out of 3500 agencies.
With a storefront office, three full-time agents, four Independent Contractors working with her located up and down the Eastern Seaboard, and one administrative support staff, The Cruise & Travel Planner averages approximately 4 million in gross sales annually and rising.
