Tracy is a best-selling author, entrepreneur, coach, business mentor, world traveler, and lover of all things crafts and anything salted caramel. In 2002, Tracy founded an award-winning bookkeeping and accounting practice in the UK, and then in 2016, after moving to a Spanish home, she oversaw the practice from a more hands-off strategic level, eventually selling the business in 2024.
