Any additional comments?
avoid.
The longest commercial you will ever hear.
This book contains about 98% bragging and advertising of the author's accomplishments and other publidhed works without any actual hard substance. Long, impractical hustle. The closest to practical passage was talk of an "invisible game" of backgammon, and a *really* poor attempt to parallel that to an invisible game of stress. The author bashes mainstream stress management philosophies and approaches, promises chapter after chapter to reveal how to banish stress with no real, methodical way ever described. Just because he uses counting numbers (1, 2 and 3) does not mean the items are worth more than dung. Do not buy or download.
