I thought the book was great. but do away with the music. be persistent persistent persistent.

Starts well but after chapter 3 it all goes pear shaped.
There is way too much of what makes this and makes that but not enough how it's done. For the amount been charged I would have thought that there would be more than a sandwich of old seminars packed as a fresh sandwich !
