Episode 2 of The Umpire Strikes Back focusses on the Women and Girls game within Hampshire. Welcome to the new Hampshire Cricket Board podcast. We will be going into detail on all elements of our work across the county. 

Our first episode focuses on coaching, looking at the new ECB coaching pathway and in the Foundation courses going live this winter. We also hear from James Tomlinson and Charlie Freeston from the Hampshire Academy coaching team. They give information on their coaching philosophies, plans for players within the pathway and their hopes for the future of Hampshire cricket.
