Today I came across a word that I hate a lot especially when talking about Mental Health

"People are going through problems"

Facts people are going through problems but do you know the trigger of depression. One moment you might be speaking to someone and the next because of some "stupid" word that was their trigger they are no more. And mind you as am speaking of this...this word comes from an HR!!!
