The Uncommon communicator is the individual who has obtained the enlightenment that in any situation can know whether or not  communication has occurred. 

This uncommon communicator takes ownership of the conversation and posses the skills to  navigate and facilitate the conversation to mutual understanding. 

The goal of this podcast is to enlighten, entertain and keep open the discussion of Communication.  We are NOT the ultimate experts, with Harvard psych degrees. James brings decades in the construction industry with  experience in talking to tradesmen as well as owners and Brandon brings his fancy paper as a communication major and unique style that he has developed working with the public as a Starbucks barista.  What we do offer is insight and an ongoing conversation that is focused to help anyone to improve, develop or even master techniques of communication. 

All episodes end with the UC Moment.  The one thing, if you can recall anything that you could think on and apply right away to your conversations, or evoke thoughts that lead to growth.
