Every now and then I find myself doing the same thing I did before and having the nerve to be shocked when I get the SAME outcome...am I dumb stupid or dumb? Lol j/k

We don't need money, sympathy or pity. Just time and space to unpack issues

We're at a party and everyone is having a good time until that one person shows up. That person that is fixated on causing confusion and dissension. An agent of chaos!!!

Please stop saying that mentally ill people expect you to deal with their s***. We aren't asking yall for anything but space, love & understanding. If you are unable to do that, then depart from us! Here's a little bit of education on what mental illness is like for us and how your judgemental behinds actually hinder our self work and can discourage us at times from reaching our higher selves due to the stigma that you know you still hold in your heart towards us..
