On this week's episode, we begin by previewing, and making our picks for the 2024 HR Derby, and All-Star game in Texas. On this week's episode, we wish everyone a happy Bobby Bonilla Day, and pay tribute to Baseball Hall of Fame member Orlando "Baby Bull" Cepeda, a Rookie of the Year, MVP, and World Series first baseman who passed away at the age of 86. From there, we discuss the finalists for All-Star game starters and changes to this year's home run derby format, technological updates in pre-game hitter preparation and what hitters can see live during games, and how not to act as a human being when coaching a sports team.

On this week's episode, we begin by discussing the Rickwood Field game between the Giants and Cardinals, and the tributes that were paid to Willie Mays, and the entire history of the Negro Leagues.
