From there, we discuss Alek Manoah's stunning fall from top-three Cy Young finisher to being sent down to the Florida Complex League, the Athletics running into difficulties with the Nevada State Legislature, and the Phillies shaking up their ownership group with a new limited partner.

On this week's episode, we discuss the newest injury to Stephen Strasburg, the latest in a string of body ailments following his seven-year, $245 million (and fully uninsured) extension wit the Nationals. From there, we discuss the latest in the Diamond Sports TV rights saga, which saw the company announcing they will no longer broadcast Padres games, and a judge ruling that that they must provide backpay to the five teams who have their television payments reduced by the company.
