I’ve been going through some of my behaviors and I’m still not able to put me first. But it clicked to me why I haven’t been able to fully understand. Tune into my rant.

After a hiatus I am explaining the thoughts that are not serving me purpose. I am allowing these thoughts to WIN. Fear is the cause, but how do you beat FEAR!

It’s hard when you can’t get out of your head. It’s hard when you literally feel like you have valid excuses, but in reality you don’t. You have to figure out ways to make things happen. This is what I am realizing now.

Have you ever wondered why when you’ve gone above and beyond for someone and wonder why you never received the happiness you expected. You neglected yourself for other people and now realizing you must put you first.

Going through the negative talk in my head and realizing that I’m manifesting my own negative thoughts. Worrying about others validation.

I have been feeling so out of character. Nothing was making me feel good I’m snapping and just not myself. I refused to deal with it any longer so I went around and saged my house and prayed.

In this episode I am reflecting on my life and how I’ve settled for many things I did not deserve to feel accepted.

Have you ever just been driving to work and started to think is this the job for me. Have you ever lacked the motivation to get up and go to work? These are the questions I went through this morning.. If I died tomorrow would this be the job I wanted to die having. Listen to me go through my emotions.
