Growing up, I didn't want to be a leader. I wanted to be a follower and would hide behind others- even if I knew I could do better. I was scared, intimidated- I didn't know my own worth. In todays short(er) podcast I delve into this idea, my background & how it all comes together. 
At the end we wrap up with a guided introspective meditation.
