Episode Summary

Vancouver, 1989: When the body of forty-four year old nurse Cindy James is discovered in the yard of an abandoned house, her death was considered a suicide. But she was drugged, and her hands and feet bound in a way that suggested foul play. 

And what of the dozens of instances of harassment, stalking and violence that Cindy had reported over the previous seven years?

We introduce this extremely puzzling case and speak to our very special guest, forensics expert and public speaker Jennifer Rees, to get her take on what happened to Cindy James.
