The Unfinished Notebook

This week we get a little serious and talk about how mental health, and specifically depression, relate to stationery. Bear in mind we are not mental health professionals, just a couple of stationery enthusiasts that have complicated brains. Come join the conversation!

When is the point when you give up on a notebook? Do you stick it out and finish it? Is it ok to hop around in your notebooks?

This week Sam and Jeremy talk about notebook fatigue and discuss some ways to deal with it. Come join the conversation!

This week we discuss going back over old journal entries to gain some insight on current thoughts. Come join the conversation!
