Welcome to The Unfinished Sermon podcast! On this week's episode we look at the Eucharistic lessons for Sunday, March 30, 2025 or Lent IV of Year C. We will look specifically at the parable of the Prodigal Son and how it relates to Jesus' mission of calling and gathering those kept on the margins of the People of God through their own prodigality and the merciless separation they experienced from the devoutly religious of Jesus' day. We will also look at what it means to be forgiven, and the joy of soul that the forgiven feel.
