Tanvi Nishchal, born on July 28th, discovered her passion for writing during her teenage years. Her enchantment with theater blossomed during her school days, where she eagerly participated in every drama-related activity. It was her English teacher, Mrs. Shefali Walter, to whom Tanvi attributes her formative guidance and owes much of her success today.
Her serendipitous introduction to Haiku—a Japanese form of poetry—occurred during a Katha Workshop organized by CBSE. Under the tutelage of her mentor, the esteemed Haiku poet Mrs. Kala Ramesh, Tanvi honed her skills in composing Haiku. Her Haiku pieces have found homes in esteemed international journals like cattails, failed haiku, and several others. Additionally, her compelling short stories have been published in books such as "Born Too Soon" and "Existing Loudly."
Armed with a Master’s degree in English, Tanvi passionately dedicates her time to voluntary work in government schools near her home. For her, writing is as essential as oxygen—it's through words that she best expresses herself. She cherishes reading "The Godfather" alongside various poems, believing that being an avid reader is pivotal to becoming a skilled writer.
Throughout her writing journey, Tanvi's unwavering support has come from her mother, Mrs. Sushma Nishchal, who has been her sole pillar of strength. Her mother's encouragement to break barriers and forge ahead has been invaluable.
Tanvi's achievements speak volumes—she's been recognized among the top 250 at Super Success. Recently, she launched an Instagram page where she regularly shares mythological stories and showcases her talent in spoken word poetry.
Tanvi holds qualifications in NET and CTET, showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and growth.
