Both times Lina has had pregnancies with HG. And it went from worse, to even worser (if that is even a word!) Hear her experiences and how she dealt with it, learnt from it and what actions she recommends putting in place if you're listening and going through the same thing.

The hardest episode I have recorded and I know this doesn’t magically make things better, but I also know that there is power in recognising you aren’t alone when you hear other’s stories. If you are going through or have been through miscarriage, you aren’t alone. And if you haven’t been, the statistics show that you more than likely have someone close to you who has. If you are struggling there are recourse and organisations out there to help you through this insanely hard time. Time doesn’t change things, but time does bring healing.
