Today, I take off the Japanese kimono.

Let's jump in.

It's brief.

And to the point as a important self reminder.

There is a moment in every person's life, a quiet moment, usually where you sit with yourself, feeling more raw than whole and wonder,

Dear God, Angels and Guides……will I ever be fully at peace?

Look….

The world with all its noise and expectations, has sold us a lie that healing is about fixing what's broken.

By now we know that healing isn't about fixing.

What if it's about becoming?

I sat with this question recently, reflecting on my own journey. Healing, I've learned, is not a finish line.

It's not a race to achieve perfection or emerge as some flawless, shiny version of ourselves.

It's a process, a dance of expansion and contraction, where we are called not to fix, but to live.

1. Healing doesn't wait for perfection.

Here's the truth, no one tells you.

The universe doesn't pause for you to get your act together.

Your messy, imperfect self is still worthy of acceleration.

Healing doesn't wait for you to feel ready.

It sweeps you into its arms, wild and unapologetic, and says,

Here, let's go.

2. Healing happens in the doing after the being, not in the waiting.

Growth looks like chaos before it feels like clarity. Imagine this.

You're standing at the edge of a stage, heart pounding, knowing this is your moment to step into your power.

This is the alchemy of life, the simultaneous breaking and becoming.

Illness is a message, not a punishment. When our bodies break down under elevated stress, we think, what did I do wrong?

But here's the thing, healing isn't linear.

3. Illness isn't karma or failure.

It's the body's way of saying, Slow down, feel this, expand gently.

This is a reminder to stop shaming yourself for the ways the body begs for peace of mind and rest, and instead honor it as a sacred part of the process.

4. The universe doesn't prioritize perfection have perfection.

Have you ever looked at a sunset and thought, this could be better?

Of course not.

The universe doesn't aim for perfection.

It aims for experience, a crooked snowstorm, a lopsided smile, an unpolished journey. That's where the magic lives.

The same goes for you. You were never meant to be perfect. You were meant to be alive.

5. Course corrections are a gift.

Life will throw you off course, often.

When it does, it's not punishment, it's an invitation. A moment to pivot, recalibrate, and step closer to the truest version of yourself.

Every unexpected turn is the universe whispering,

…….This way, love. Try this instead.

6. Expansion seeks BALANCE, and is messy - that's MORE THAN OKAY.

Here's a liberating truth.

Expansion doesn't always feel good. Sometimes it feels like heat, like cookie dough melting into a cookie in the oven.

The dough doesn't understand the heat.

It only knows the discomfort.

But one day it emerges golden, transformed.

And that's you.

So my loves, let go of the illusion that healing is a pristine, pain free ascent.

It's a wild, messy unfolding.

It's about saying yes to life, even when you're trembling, stepping into the unknown, even when your knees shake.

Because healing isn't about arriving somewhere perfect.

It's about becoming someone free.
