Hello dear listeners,

It's been almost a year exactly since we last published an episode and for that we are sincerely sorry.

We have had a lot on our plates this past year and were not able to record a new episode for you all.

However, we are back and in this episode we talk about 1 Thessalonians 4:11-14 NIV: "and to make it your ambition to lead a quiet life: You should mind your own business and work with your hands, just as we told you, so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody. Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him."

We share our takes on how this verse gives us a blueprint on how to protect our peace in our daily lives.

In this episode we discuss Isaiah 41: 10 NIV : "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." & Isaiah 43:2 NIV: When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze". 

We both speak about how each of these respective verses have impacted our year and what they mean to us as we enter a new year filled with new challenges.
