This week we analyze Gabby Bernstein’s book: The Universe Has Your Back. We discuss why it’s hard to give up living in our fear and the importance of questioning our belief systems. We loved that Gabby uses real life examples to explain different concepts. Using her own examples made her more relatable to us. We believe in the importance of listening to that inner voice guiding us along our path even when we don’t agree with it. Oftentimes, we are so focused on picking the right sign that we forget that sometimes the sign finds us. This is a great guidebook for people starting out on their spiritual journey.
