This week’s Unofficial Maritime Wrestling Podcast is a special one, we’ve hit our 30th episode! Considering that over 90% of podcasts never make it past their third episode and only about 1% reach 21 episodes, this milestone means a lot to us. To celebrate, we’re rolling out a brand-new intro and outro theme, and we’re doubling down on our commitment to covering the Maritime wrestling scene for the long haul.

We’ve got a jam-packed show as we recap a massive weekend of wrestling from across the region. From CGPW’s Re-Birth in Stewiacke, featuring Baron Von Blackheart’s submission victory and a wild Stewiacke Street Fight, to Wrestling in Windsor 10, which lived up to its billing as “The Biggest Show Ever,” highlighted by Cody Uno Ocho’s main event win. We also dive into North Pro’s double shot weekend, with “Hidden Depths” in Moncton and “Goes Country” in Bible Hill, where Giant Orion continued his reign as champion. Plus, we break down all the action from IHW’s September to Surrender 20th Anniversary Tour, spanning three nights in Amherst, Riverview, and Miramichi, with standout performances from Kris Charters, Cody Deaner, and Fantana.

Looking ahead, the action doesn’t slow down. Lutte Prestige returns with Brawl at Alma Hall 8, Red Rock Wrestling brings Cornwall Cornfest to PEI, CCW packs the Capital Exhibit Centre in Fredericton for Clash 38, and NBWA presents Mayhem in Minto 3 with another stacked lineup.

Down in Halifax, UCW’s September Showdown in Spryfield, where Ricky Mortis scored a big win over 25-year veteran Lincoln Steen, Rudy Lockhart continued his hot streak by not only winning again but also successfully defending his Atlantic Canadian Championship and Chip Chambers retained the UCW Heavyweight Title in a triple Threat Match.

Looking ahead, we preview a massive weekend of shows with North Pro’s Hidden Depths, IHW’s three-night September To Surrender 20th Anniversary tour featuring TNA’s Cody Deaner, CGPW’s Re-Birth in Stewiacke, Wrestling In Windsor’s Biggest Show Ever, and North Pro’s Goes Country in Bible Hill.
