In this video, you see that even I struggle to do it all. From having an eyelash extension company, and a salon in addition to everything I'm trying to do, I find that in order to do it all, I need to take a couple steps back once in a while. After reading "In Praise of Slowness" I have discovered this life hack! Whatever you want to do, with whatever obstacles that come your way, it's so important to check in with yourself and slow down, in order to move forward. We are all so stressed that we need to take care of ourselves first before we can take care of everything else.
