    Xav Handfield is a nationally recognized speaker, educator, personal development coach, and entrepreneur. His mission is to use his gifts and his voice to inspire and evoke a change in this world. He is a native of Miami, Florida, and has been in Houston since September 2012. In 2014, he merged three passions of motivation, etiquette, and faith to create his own company and be the change that he wanted to see. He is the CEO of, The Handfield Group, LLC which is the parent company of his two businesses. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, in Mass Communications, with a concentration in Public Relations & Advertising from The Great Bethune-Cookman University, in Daytona Beach, Florida and a Masters of Business with a concentration in entertainment from Full Sail University, in Orlando, Florida.

    From his formal educational background combined with faith and his strong family and community influence, he saw a need and wanting to meet that need, his first job was teaching the inner-city youth of Miami, Florida. In 2015, he started speaking professionally which has allowed him to speak to thousands across the country for corporate events, churches, community organizations and to develop youth and adults through personal development and helping them identify their purpose, through enrichment, training, and motivation.   • A New Normal

    Chama St. Louis is a mother, leader, entrepreneur, business owner, communicator, activist, advocate, award-winning community organizer, and now a candidate for political office. 

    Chama started honing her leadership and advocacy skills in high school and hasn’t stopped making the community around her better. She spent 12 years at the Peoria Black Chamber of Commerce and became their youngest president and chairwoman. In 2014, Chama organized a solidarity march & rally to honor Mike Brown. Since then, Chama has worked on several political campaigns including serving as the public relations director and spokeswoman for the successful re-election campaign for the Honorable Dorothy Brown, Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Chama is currently the Central Illinois Coalition Organizer for the Peoria People’s Project an extension of the Grassroots Collaborative. She’s the founder of the Black Justice Project and the Communications Director for Change Peoria and serves on several local boards.
