Just another update on what's been going on in my life and what some of my plans are for the near future.

An update to why I haven't recorded a podcast in over two weeks and a reminder to look after yourself in life.

This episode is about looking back through are lives and to understand why we have gotten to where we are now. It's also about seeing why certain things have effected us and what came about after that point or why that might have happened to begin with.

This is just a rant about how I'm in a good place but isn't how I thought it would have felt when I reached this part of my life.
